Forming uniformly weighted and evenly rounded buns and rolls is easy, and critical for even baking. Forming even portions can also help take the labor out of dividing dough for pies, tortillas and breads. This bun and roll divider rounder works dough quickly and easily into 36 equally weighted round balls in 7/8 oz to 4 oz (depends on machine chosen- two sizes available, see specs provided for more details).
