A compact version of the M-270 with simplified chute adjustments. The compact size will fit into tight spaces more efficiently, yet the machine maintains the large product capacity of its big brother. Another important upgrade to the entire slicer line is the addition of a Manually Operated Blade Brake. This brake will allow for quicker, safer operation, especially when there’s a need to remove a lodged product.
