Lightweight at just four pounds (1.8 kg), they’re powered by either four AA batteries (not included) or optional AC adapter. Push button tare, easy-to-read LCD and stainless steel platter make them perfect for fast-paced food operations of all kinds or wherever food is prepare and dispensed and accuracy is demanded.
