This high-speed sheet cutting model is perfect for slicing frozen or dry sheet or bar products as well as biscotti loafs. The machine features a blade set cutting both the x and y axis slices in each blade drop. The machine can be fitted to cut in or out of the box/pan and is best for bakeries slicing 100-150 products per hour.
