Function:
This high speed model is designed for continuous portioning of sheet and slab products or biscotti loaves. The machine can cut into portions as small as 0.5'' or larger. The conveyor system reduces the number of steps in the production process, making the machine ideal for high production facilities where little time is available to load and unload products. The CS-12 is best for bakeries cutting more than 250 sheets per hour.
