Standard Features:
Box to hold a total of 20 double oven racks. Racks to be arranged 5 rack wide by 4 racks deep. Five doors to be furnished on each side of the box for pass thru operation.
Box to measure: 16' 5" W x 13' D x 84" H
All panels, both interior & exterior, to be fabricated of Aluminum. Air washer unit to be fabricated of Stainless Steel & to be steam operated with digital controls. To be furnished with additional radiator & Stainless Steel pan under air washer.
