Function:
This high-production inline machine features five cutting stations with automatic load and offload. It is designed to slice without Divider Inserts, but the ACCUSUCE–500RF includes the option to cut with Divider Inserts. Touch screen operation allows one operator to run production. The machine has quick-change product holders and can cut various cake diameters. Servo motors drive each cutting station as well as the conveyor system for fast and accurate slicing and positioning. This machine is best for a high production facility slicing more than 450 cakes per hour.
