Function:

This model is an economical machine to quickly cut tortilla or pita products into wedges. Stacks up to 10″ can be placed in the machine and in one pass will be cut into a set number of portions. The sliced product can drop into a box, bag, or onto a conveyor. This is a great machine for any tortilla or pita production line cutting round products into wedges.
