FoodTools Crumb Pressing Machine

FoodTools machines can spin and press cake crumbs into round or sheet pans. Machines can spread and pack crumbs on the pan base only, or custom accessories can help form crumbs on the sidewalls of pans as well. Round crumbs are typically spin packed, and sheet crumbs are press packed. Custom spinning heads allow pie crumbs to be packed to specific pie tins.

This crumb pressing machine is designed to press and pack crumbs into the bottom of a half sheet pan quickly and with consistent pressure. The machine can hold 2 quarter sheet pans or 1 half sheet pan per cycle and can be outfitted to work with custom pan sizes. It is designed to reduce the labor cost and improve product quality by producing consistent results, no matter who is operating the machine. This machine is best for bakeries pressing crumbs into more than 100 pans per run or bakeries looking to improve the quality and consistency of their crumb bases.
