This braising pan is a new design based on ergonomics and performance making it the best in it’s category. The interior and exterior of this pan are both made of an easy to clean stainless steel with all rounded corners. It also allows operation at a 7 degree angle allowing griddling by use of the manual crank tilt mechanism which gives you precise control. The 10″ pan depth gives you all the room you need and more and a more uniform heat transfer over the cooking surface.
