In-Line Piston Type Depositor:

VDE 18-piston type depositor, highly accurate, easy to adjust for weight and simple to clean.

Complete with heavy gauge stainless-steel hopper.

Hopper provided with smooth moving linear agitator, keeping walls clean without adding air to the dough.

Depositing volume as well as row-to-row distance can be simply adjusted and stored in “Recipe” HMI.

In the VDE depositor, each piston has its own Delrin rotating valve. This valve moves inside a stainless-steel

sleeve. With this system, we can use very short valves, easy to install, to clean, to remove.

The VDE servo-electric controlled depositor is based on technology very successful used in the international

chocolate and confectionary industry for many years.

It is simple, few parts to clean, few parts to break, few parts to maintain, yet an absolute top accuracy is

achieved.
