* Runners are 18 Ga. on Standard and 16 Ga. on Heavy Duty
* Fully Mig-Welded on 1″ Seams
* Full Sheet Metal Constructed Caster Plate
* Threaded Inserts for Quick Change Caster Ability
* Frame Assembly is 1″ Square Tube
* 14 Gauge Top Channel For Rugged on/off Carrier Use
* Caster are rated at 440 lbs each
* Casters have 525 Degrees Heat Range
* Casters have a grease-less wheel bearing
* Dimensions: 69.8″H x 20.5″W x 26″D
Racks are shipped “Knocked Down”, which is the most economical for shipping costs.
* All slides welded to both sides of the rack, laid into a box with the caster’s attached to the caster plates and all hardware put into a smaller bag along with instructions on how to put together.
Racks can be shipped “Assembled” for an additional charge per rack.
* Rack is fully assembled with all slides fully welded to the square tubing.
Racks can be shipped “All Welded/Assembled” for an additional $75 increased shipping expense Per Rack.
* Rack is fully assembled with all slides, bolts and tork screws welded in place.

Equipment is sold with a 30 day parts warranty. Bakery Equipment.com will only pay for parts that are deemed necessary for the proper operation of the unit. Only parts purchased from a Bakery Equipment.com authorized service agency will be honored.
